NUTRITIONIST
Evdokia Malliarou was born in Volos and she studied in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Alexandreio Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (ATEITH) from where she successfully graduated in June 2018. She continued her studies in the field of clinical nutrition completing the postgraduate program (Master of Medical Science) “Nutrition in Health and Disease”, specializing in renal failure, at the Medical School of the University of Thessaly, in June 2020
As part of her undergraduate program, she did a 6-month internship at the ‘Volos Diet’’ nutrition office under the guidance of dietitian / nutritionist Mr. Konstantinos Lampis. At the same time, in collaboration with parents and children in primary schools in Volos, she conducted a research on childhood obesity, children’s eating habits and their connection with parents’ eating habits.

As a postgraduate student, she conducted a study on the complementary administration of similar ketoacids to patients with chronic kidney disease in order to improve the outcome of the disease, especially in more advanced stages.

From 2019 to March 2021, she worked in the nutrition office ‘Volos Diet’ in Volos, under the auspices of dietitian / nutritionist Mr. Konstantinos Lampis, as a clinical nutritionist, where she undertook the nutritional evaluation and monitoring of its members with clinical diseases.

As part of her training, in 2016, she attended seminars on “Eating Disorders”. In 2018, she successfully attended a 6-month seminar on “Specialization in Sports Nutrition to Maximize Performance.”

Since September 2021, she has her own office, in the center of the city of Volos. She is also constantly getting informed about the developments in the field of nutrition and she participates in a variety of scientific conferences since 2014.

She is licensed as a nutritionist and she holds a legal license of a dietetic office.
