- 250g royal dates
- 130g hazelnuts
- 130g peanut butter
- 150g coconut
- 2 tablespoons sweet cocoa
- 1 pinch of salt
For the coating
- Cocoa
- Truffle
- Betel
Implementation
In a strong blender, put the dates a little at a time to mash. (If you do not have a strong multi you can wet the dates with hot water and then chop them with a knife). Then add the hazelnuts and beat well. Finally add the coconut, peanut butter, cocoa and salt and mix well. Form small balls and dip each ball in the coating of your choice.
